happy valentine's day to all!!
i bet you are wondering if people out here in the desert celebrate valentine's day!? they definitely do, let me tell ya! everywhere you look in the mall, you see red! all of the shop windows are screaming red with colour and are filled with the tackiest of valentine paraphernalia...speaking of, i got mike a stuffed cupid and a pair of valentine themed flip flops!!!...ha, just kidding! it seems as though they go all out here. all of the major restaurants and hotels are advertising valentine dinner packages which i guess is pretty much the same in any big city! i think mike and i are opting for a more low key evening especially since we had a nice dinner out the other night for my birthday. suits me just fine :)

Happy Valentine's Day to you too !! Glad you liked the "scanned" card. We went out for a late Valentine's lunch (after my visit with the ENT doctor)and a shopping trip to the Oshawa Centre. The we picked up our special valentine (Kayleigh) and took her home to see Mom & Dad. So, YES, we had a great day too.
