this weekend we hired jet skis and toured the persian gulf! it was great seeing doha in a different perspective - from the water. one hour on the water was enough in the scorching heat - even the wind felt like a giant hairdryer was blowing on you!!! nevertheless, it was good fun. below are some pictures of west bay that we took with a waterproof camera (apologies for the horrible quality - it was one of those disposable ones)...

You were driving your own jet ski? How do they allow that, yet you can't get a license to drive a car?????
