as i was making a cup of tea (or a 'cuppa' as they say in the uk) this afternoon, my thoughts returned to the perfect cup of tea we enjoyed in mumbai. as you know, india is the pioneer in tea manufacturing and they have it all down to a science...seriously, i have the pictures below to prove it...
